EMPOWERMENT SCHOLARSHIP
Awarded to students who have demonstrated experience with, or commitment to, serving or working with historically underserved or underprivileged populations, experience living and working in diverse environments, or have overcome substantial educational or economic obstacles. Students must be enrolled in marching band during the semester in which the scholarship is awarded.
